Equipped with miniature protective glasses, a custom-fitted tactical vest, and even a small camera mounted on his head, 'Comando' the Chihuahua has become the smallest member of Mexico's National Guard. The 13-month-old is being trained not only to help bring uniformed officers closer to the public but also specialize in search and rescue operations. Comando usually accompanies troops at civic events, school fairs and community outreach activities. He has already learned basic obedience commands, and recently participated in the commemorative parade for Mexico's Independence Day in the capital. #dog #mexico #chihuahua
