Developer Pixelity has released a teaser trailer for Evangelion: Δ Cross Reflections, the first extended reality game based on Neon Genesis Evangelion. The footage debuted at a hands-on preview event in San Francisco, and it includes some very strange moments, like hedge trimming and pie eating. You play as an original character who dreams of becoming an Eva pilot, with a new story set within the first 11 episodes of the anime. Battles between Evangelions and Angels are planned, along with co-op play alongside characters from the series and original NERV trainees. It's the first entry in a planned trilogy that aims to cover all 26 episodes of the show.
