Quantic Dream is shutting down Spellcasters Chronicles just three months after its early access launch. The multiplayer MOBA will remain online until June 19 as the studio ends development and undergoes an “internal reorganization”. Released in February, Spellcasters Chronicles aimed to offer a more accessible take on the League of Legends formula with 3v3 battles and a roster of magical heroes. However, the game struggled to gain momentum, currently holding “mixed” reviews on Steam. Despite the cancellation, Quantic Dream confirmed that development on Star Wars Eclipse has not been affected.
