Sony is officially turning the gothic action game Bloodborne into an R-rated animated movie. The project was announced during CinemaCon, with Sony promising the film will stay true to the game’s dark and violent tone. The original game was developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, following a hunter exploring a cursed city full of monsters. The movie will be co-produced by PlayStation Productions alongside Lyrical Animation. YouTuber and longtime fan Seán McLoughlin (better known as Jacksepticeye) is also attached as a co-producer. #bloodborne #gaming #sony #movie #jacksepticeye
