Production on the upcoming live-action Tomb Raider has been temporarily halted after star Sophie Turner suffered a minor injury. Amazon MGM Studios confirmed filming is paused as a precaution while Turner recovers. The series will see the former Game of Thrones star take on the role of Lara Croft. The show is being developed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, marking her first major project since Fleabag. Filming originally began in January, but a release date has not yet been announced. Studios say production is expected to resume once Turner has recovered. #tombraider #gaming #amazon #tvseries
