Recipe below⬇️ For the French toast: 2 slices of brioche 2 eggs 150ml milk Pinch of cinnamon For the caramelised bananas: 2 bananas, slices into 1cm rounds 30g brown sugar 20g butter Pinch of cinnamon Vanilla caramel whipped cream: 200ml double cream 40g caramel 1 tsp vanilla paste Dark chocolate, grated over top to garnish 1. Pour the double cream into a cold bowl. Add the caramel and vanilla paste. Whip until soft, pillowy peaks form. Cover and place in the fridge while you prepare the rest. 2. For the caramelised bananas, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until dissolved and bubbling. Add the banana slices in a single layer.
