After more than eight years in beta, Escape From Tarkov is officially launching on November 15. Battlestate Games confirmed the release date in a new live-action trailer, with studio head Nikita Buyanov backing it up on X. Version 1.0 details remain scarce, but fans can expect refined maps, weapons, and quality-of-life upgrades, plus possible story content. The game has maintained a loyal PC player base since 2017, despite controversies around pricey editions and DLC promises. Battlestate faced backlash over its $150 Edge of Darkness edition and a separate $250 PvE mode, later apologizing and pledging access to EoD owners. With the full release, the studio hopes to turn the page and solidify Tarkov as one of PC’s most intense tactical shooters. #gaming #pcgaming #escapefromtarkov #steamgames #earlyaccess
