ICYMI, Josh Silva and ricbaseball were in the national spotlight yesterday! espn had a heartwarming #fathersday story about Josh and his dad, Lenny, who was also a #baseball player at RIC (and goanchormen Hall of Famer). Since 1987, Lenny held the RIC record for stolen bases with 64 – until his own son broke the record this season with 65 (and then 66)! “Records are made to be broken,” Lenny says, “and what better way than for your son to break yours?” . . . #RICnews #experienceRIC #RICspirit #RICalumni #rhodeislandcollege #goanchormen #anchorstrong #collegebaseball #espn #studentathlete #recordbreaker #fathersandsons #baseballfamily
