Take a couple of moments to enjoy this moving video from @rilatinoarts featuring the powerhouse vocals of @ricalumni Ashley Soto ‘19. It’s a tribute to the #Latino #firstresponders, #healthcareworkers, bodega owners and others serving the community throughout this pandemic. It’s also an example of Rhode Island supporting the #artscommunity: it was produced using a grant from the Rhode Island Expansion Arts Program, supported by @rifoundation, @risca1967 & @rihumanities. The funding will encourage artists to continue their practice during quarantine. Bravo 👏 to all involved! @the_asherz @martavmarta @genaofilms . . . #RICnews #RICspirit #RICalumni #rhodeislandcollege #covid19 #RIArts #latinx #latina #latinoart #singer #nationalanthem #tribute
