#ThrowbackThursday: Here's a look back at another time when RIC students were navigating challenging circumstances. It was #1929 and the very first editorial team at rictheanchor, which was founded earlier that academic year (during the fall semester in 1928), was about to face the onset of The #greatdepression. (Note that back then, RIC was still known as the Rhode Island College of Education.) Just a reminder that our students have always been resilient and dedicated to bettering themselves through education! . . . #RICnews #experienceRIC #RICspirit #rhodeislandcollege #anchorstrong #thursdaythrowback #tbt #newspaper #vintage #yearbook #1920s #20s #memories #archive #fromthearchives
