A suspect accused of terrorizing people in Philadelphia while wearing a Chucky doll mask has been identified by police but remains on the run. Philadelphia police named the suspect as 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, who is wanted in connection with a series of alleged assaults near 15th Street and JFK Boulevard on Aug. 12. #Philadelphia #Chucky #TheCrimeDesk
