On this day before #RICcommencement 2019, let’s do a #fridayflashback to 20, 30 and, heck, even 58 years: Pic 1: One of the more elaborate mortarboards at Commencement 1999. Pic 2: The first two #graduates of the joint RIC/universityofri Ph.D. in education program speak at Commencement 1999. Pic 3: A #birdseyeview of the Class of 1989 at the former Walsh Center (where the Murray Center now stands). Pic 4: Heading for the stage – and the altar – in 1989. Pic 5: Another proud RIC student enters the ranks of #alumni in 1989. Pic 6: New #grads look for their names in the program at Commencement 1961. 🎓🎓🎓 . . . #RICnews #experienceRIC #RICspirit #rhodeislandcollege #commencement #graduation #graduation🎓 #commencement2019 #flashbackfriday #fbf #vintage #flashback #memories #1999 #1989 #1961 #oldphotos #archives
