A grim portrait emerged Wednesday from the House of Horrors in Ohio where 16 children were kept inside a small room. The children, who authorities said 'looked like feral animals,' were saved on Tuesday morning when the Vinton County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant for an unrelated investigation.
