An Emmy Award–winning photojournalist was arrested Tuesday for allegedly secretly recording people as they undressed at an Oklahoma TV station, police said. Darrell Lee Vannostran, 40, appeared disheveled in his mugshot after authorities say they discovered images on his cellphone showing individuals in various stages of undress. Investigators allege the recordings were made using equipment at KWTV, also known as News 9. #Darrell Lee Vannostran #news9 #emmy
