A man was arrested after peeking into a woman’s window before running and hiding from deputies. Steven Johnson, 29, ran from a sergeant who spotted him walking between two homes around 9 p.m. after a neighbor caught him in the act. Johnson was later found hiding from authorities in a swamp area. Johnson, who lives in the same neighborhood as the victim, admitted to peeping into windows and stated he had uncontrollable urges to do so.
