NEW: Willbert Mukori admitted 16 s*xual offenses against women, over seven years after putting ‘semen’ inside a mayonnaise container and squirting it on women’s bottoms from inches away, resembling an ej*culation. He would watch victims for hours, carefully pick them and follow them, before spraying them. According to the BBC he used his own s*men, or a s*men resembling substance for the attacks. Mukori was found after he turned himself in and was sentenced to 4 and half years in prison, and must serve a further four on licence.
