Last nights episode made me cry bucketloads 😭😭😭 I’m really used to loving, and empowering the people around me. And with every interaction I always show up with love and compassion and a warm heart. But travelling through a foreign country, getting lost in the desert, and not always seeing eye to eye with my team really pushed me to my limits and was so upsetting to watch 😢. I feel like I always had my armour on which didn’t allow me to connect with the rest of my team the way I wanted to.
