Colorado Mayor, Mike Coffman, is proving that he's a man of the people. On Friday nights for the last several months the 71-year-old former congressman and Marine sleeps inside a homeless shelter. Coffman posted on his Facebook page a picture of him sleeping on a cot amongst a full room of homeless people. 'I will continue to stay with those experiencing homelessness, every Friday night, until the program is everything that I believe that it can be and it is a model, not just for Colorado, but for the country,' Coffman wrote in the caption. 📷 Facebook / Getty Images #homeless #denver #colorado #politics #news
