Famous Tuna Salad 🐟🥪Recipe below👇 Ingredients: 2 cans tuna(I used safe catch ahi) 1/4 cup pecans, chopped 1/4 cup celery, finely sliced 2-3 tbsp raisins 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo 1 tsp stone ground mustard Juice of 1 small lemon 3/4 tsp tamari soy sauce 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil 1/4 tsp salt Pepper to taste Directions: Add the tuna to a large bowl along with pecans, celery, and raisins. Mix well and break up the tuna. Next add in the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, tamari, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and mix well. Check for seasoning and add more lemon juice or salt as needed.
