Sheet Pan Tacos 🌮 Recipe below 👇 Makes 10 tacos Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef ½ purple onion, diced 2 tbsp cilantro, diced 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ¾ tsp salt 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded Avocado oil spray Avocado sauce: 2 ripe avocados ½ cup Greek yogurt Juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp cilantro Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 400F convection or 425F bake. In a large bowl add the ground beef, diced onion, cilantro, spices and salt. Mix well with your hands until combined. Set aside. Take a tortilla, and then a small ball of meat and place that in the center of the tortilla, then spread the meat evenly from edge to edge.
