Feta Pesto Fried Egg🍳 RECIPE: Block feta cheese Pesto Pasture-Raised Egg S&P Toast Instructions: Preheat ceramic nonstick pan on medium heat. Sprinkle the feta around the pan, leaving a center spot empty. Then drizzle some pesto over the feta and swirl it around. Add some butter to the empty spot and crack an egg right in it and add S&P. Then gently push the edges of the feta in towards the egg. Carefully pull the egg whites back away from the yolk without puncturing it. This will allow the egg to cook more evenly and keep the yolk perfectly runny.
