I have been lucky enough to play this sport I love for the past 16 years. Looking back, one thing I wish I would’ve taken more seriously was recovering my body at a young age. Coming into college, I learned how important recovery was to my body, and now I’m able to use my modalities every day! My favorite recovery method is rolling out with a foam roller and lacrosse ball. Everyone can recover their bodies in many different ways. Learning how to recover has helped my body stay healthy and has allowed me to play at my best! #CSE
