#WhyWednesday: Nellie Francis shared with us why she joined The Nu Theta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. ⬇️ • Organization: Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. • Joined: Spring 2021 • Leadership Position(s) within Organization: President & Philanthropy/Fundraising Chair • “I joined my organization because of the amazing work the women of the chapter were doing. They were all about helping women in the community in regards to health, prenatal care, and much more. Activism is an important part of who I am, so seeing their efforts towards bettering our communities drew me in! Also, they presented themselves so well. They were caring, transparent, and they were always ready to do service. I felt extremely connected to them and all of our principles, but service was always dearest to my heart!” • Let us know why you joined your organization! #WeBuildCommunity #uconncfsd
