#WhyWednesday: Kevin Cayo shared with us why he joined The Kappa Delta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. ⬇️ • Organization: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. • Joined: Spring 2019 • Leadership Position(s) within Organization: President • “I wanted to join an organization that is bigger than myself. An organization that can help build the platform needed to give out positivity to the world. During my four years at Norwalk High School, I had the opportunity to be a mentee for three members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. These individuals were not like other men who help you then leave, they supported me through my worst times and greatest times. During high school, I strived not to be the stereotypical African American male that the world thinks of in terms of education. ” • Let us know why you joined your organization! #WeBuildCommunity #uconncfsd
