After taking a deload last week, I started a new phase this week!
It includes some movements I’ve been doing the last few months but mixing in different accessories & pull ups 😍
I only trained 3 days this week as opposed to my regular 5 😵💫 but the intensity was there each workout & was solid
I had to work up to a heavy back squat yesterday & didn’t come anywhere close to where I wanted to be, but imma keep it moving along 💪
