Welcome to eighthcollege 🌊✨ The Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood, which hosts Eighth College, will include five buildings ranging in height from 9 to 21 stories to provide approximately 2,000 new beds for undergraduate students. Its first building, Podemos, opened in the fall, welcoming in the latest cohort of Eighth College students at UC San Diego. The other four buildings are slated to open in phases starting in early 2024, like the one seen here. Restaurants, a market hall, classrooms, study areas, recreation and wellness areas are some of the additional amenities that will also be available on site.
