These five women have dedicated their lives to helping refugees, displaced and stateless people. They’ve fought for equal rights. They’ve broken down barriers for those without a nationality. They’re app builders and peace builders. They’re champions for women’s rights. They’re leaders and change-makers. And for the first time ever, the global laureate and regional winners of the #NansenAward winners are all women. These inspiring individuals offer much needed hope during trying times.
