During National #PharmacyWeek, we want you to meet our home care, retail, and specialty pharmacy team members! Our retail pharmacy teams - located at our Philadelphia and King of Prussia hospitals - identify, educate, and deliver the safest and most clinically effective medications at the most appropriate cost across all CHOP settings. This team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians help ensure patients have a safe discharge with medications in hand through our bedside delivery program. Our home care and specialty pharmacy teams provide expertise in infusion and specialty medications enabling patients and families to have independence in the management of their medications and chronic illnesses in the home setting.
