What a weekend! 🙌🏼💙 Our third annual Tradition Barbell Open & the third meet that I’ve had the opportunity to help Rebeca & our team run, has officially come to a close. Thank you to all the athletes who signed up & competed; all the volunteers who helped us out all weekend; to the vendors & sponsors who came out & supported us; & to the spectators for coming out & supporting our event & the athletes competing as well. This year we had 71 athletes compete over five sessions during the day for our biggest event yet. There were so many firsts, PR’s, big lifts, & a whole lot of fun!! Congratulations to all of the athletes on a great day of lifting & a special congrats to everyone who qualified for States, Nationals, & Pan Ams as well.
