Loving this cycle!! We added more volume, more complexes & We’ve been locking in cleans & jerks separately & it’s paying off! Finally got to put them together last night in this Clean + Front Squat + Jerk Complex and felt solid! I haven’t had a CJ together in 4 or 5 weeks & hit 95% for a HS on a complex! I’ll take it! Got wrecked under the front squat at 69, but overall boosted in confidence after taking 67 for this!
