Well the time has finally come to go defend my World's Strongest Man title! Been reflecting back on how much hard work, dedication and sacrifice I have put into getting ready for this contest and I can say that I am ready to compete and prove for the 4th time that I am the strongest man on this planet. I may not be as loud and boisterous as some of my competitors about my abilities but I often like to let my performances speak for themselves.
