Getting in some accessory work with my Bandbell E-Maxx bar. I have found that my New Age Performance mouthpiece makes a big difference in how balanced and stable I can stay when training and it is very obvious with this exercise as it is very unstable. Try it out for yourself and you will notice a difference the first time you use it. I use the 6DS model and you can get yours at getnewage.com. Use code SHAW15 at checkout to get 15% off your order. #shawstrength #newageperformance #mouthpiece #brianshaw #begreat #bandbell
