Finishing up my yoke training today with "The Pulverizer" bar from Bandbell! This was a lot of fun and made me work a lot harder to control the weight! Wearing my New Age Performance mouthpiece made a big difference with this as well! This bar is coming to Shawstrength.com soon! #bandbell #shawstrength #newageperformance use code SHAW15 to save 15% off your new mouthpiece at getnewage.com!
