#TBT Here's a me hitting a 405 lb Axle Press out of the rack for 3 reps on Christmas Eve of 2011. I went undefeated in every contest I entered in 2011 and became the first man to ever win both the #arnoldclassic and #worldsstrongestman in the same year. It was one of my most successful years as a pro strongman. #shawstrength #teamshawstrength mhpstrong spudincstraps sbdapparel #legendfitness probodycoach #begreat
