I’m thrilled to welcome the newest cohort of the Impact Leadership program, who are about to embark on an incredible journey to transform how they inspire others. This past Monday marked the start of an intensive 2-month program designed to challenge 32 high-performing Dow employees to uncover and refine their unique leadership styles. Over 6 sessions, they will delve into the stories that have shaped them, extract invaluable lessons, and learn to ignite and sustain inspiration within their teams. Their enthusiasm was palpable, especially for a Monday morning!! It was truly heartwarming to be back in Midland with the Dow family. It’s an honor to repeatedly work with such an amazing organization and the incredible individuals who work there. I can’t wait to see the remarkable impact they will have at Dow and beyond!
