Thank you to Brainstorm Strategy Group for having my keynote the Strategic Enrollment Management Conference this week! The event gathered higher education institutions from across North America and it was incredible to see the desire and commitment of these teams to provide students more tools and support to thrive. I had the honour of speaking with the audience about how they could remove limiting beliefs and break away from the “but this is how it’s always been done” mindset and how to continue to move towards excellence, even on the toughest of days.
