Today was AMAZING! I was so lucky to be part of the Kick-Off for 1300 Summer Students at RBC as they embark on their summer internship experience. I am especially excited to work with 300 students from this group who will be upping their leadership skills, and refining their inspiring leadership brand through our Impact Leadership Program. Student teams will uncover and refine their distinguished strengths, take on a project to develop innovative solutions to problems they're passionate about, and ultimately have a story to share that reinforces their inspiring leadership brand.
