I had such a blast taking part in the RBC summer intern kick-off event today! Over 1200 post-secondary students from across Canada were in attendance, and I not only had the pleasure of kicking off their internships, but also kicking off the BelieveInitiative Impact Program! This is a new take on our classic Believe Initiative programming that is customized for corporations. Over the summer, 300 of these RBC employees will participate in the Believe Impact Program which includes skills training, leadership development, networking, and of course, community impact projects! They will be put into teams based on the problem they want to solve, and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally from all areas within RBC! I am especially excited about this program, because it showcases the ways that we can bring Believe Initiative programming into corporate spaces, and the opportunities to keep growing are endless!
