I had a great time speaking at the, RBC legend Jennifer Tory’s, last town hall before her retirement. It was such an honour to be part of her send off and speak with my teammate sam_effah about resilience, teamwork, and our journey on The Amazing Race Canada! Thanks for including us in this milestone moment rbc. • And thank you to timfraserphoto for the awesome photos 😊📸 • • • #olympian #makeadifference #community #educationalspeaker #workoutvibe #oneworld #fitness #commitment #futurechangemakers #tracknation #runnerspace #strongerthanyesterday #alwaysimprove #growthmindset #inspiration #alwaysimproving #buildyourvillage #justgotravel #makenewfriends #teamwork #comfortzone #beyou #motivationalspeakers #bookaspeaker #alwayslearning #reconnect #bethechange #immtribe
