With this crazy quarantine we can’t spend these last special months with our outgoing seniors, and we are devastated. So we asked them all to leave some advice to the new team as they prepare to leave us! First up is four-year member Kyra Thayne. Here is what she had to say to this years team: Corner Canyon cheer has taught me so many things. I’ve learned that sometimes it is a challenge and you just have to keep on pushing when it gets hard. I’ve also learned that through all of it your best friends will always be there going through the same thing and always pushing you to keep on going. Sometimes you will want to give up but you just need to remember that your coaches and your teammates rely on you and you would never want to let them down because they have put just as much time and effort into making your team the best it can be.
