A LITTLE TRANSPARENCY So much has happened over the last 15 months... There is no need for me to recount each event but I feel like I've been at war. Fighting for my health, fighting for my life and the lives of those I love, fighting for our business.... Experiencing and witnessing trauma after trauma impacts not only our mental and physical health, but also our way of being and how we show up in the world. After all we've been through, even the healers need healing. So I took a short vacation, and it was probably the most needed vacation of my life. And yet, it was difficult to be at ease and not worry about what was happening at home. It was difficult to completely relax. In full transparency, I don't believe I ever fully did. Which is just a full-on reminder of how important it is to create and protect the paradise within.
