A deputy patrolling Newhall came in contact with a male identified to be trespassing in a “No Trespassing” posted area. During a search of the male’s property, the deputy located drug paraphernalia, a baggie of methamphetamine, as well as numerous credit cards, mail and other documents not belonging to the suspect. The male, who already had two prior convictions for identify theft and mail theft, was arrested again for identity theft, possession of a controlled substance and more. He was booked into the station and remains in custody at this time.
