#latinaequalpay is not a One Day Issue!! Latinas make .54 cents for every dollar... and you know why? Because we were raised to not ask for much... that we’re lucky to even have a job... that we already make more than the people in our country... but that’s a MAJOR PROBLEM. We are setting ourselves up for failure by not knowing our worth. I too have been guilty of this, but Ladies it’s time to step up and GET PAID 👏🏾👏🏾
