The Valley High School FBLA Chapter had a car in their school's Trunk or Treat event this Halloween. At this event a few of their members dressed up in Halloween costumes and handed out candy to kids who came to the event. This was a fun and safe way for kids to celebrate halloween with other members of their community! #cofbla #fblaservice
