Mix a little white paint or glitter with water in a separate cup. Pour the paint/glitter water into the jar, leaving some space at the top. Drop an Alka-Seltzer tablet into the jar. Fizz and flurry time! Science behind the magic: The Alka-Seltzer reacts with the water, creating bubbles that rise through the oil.
