Make sure your client signs a contract about weather conditions releasing the responsibility of damaged balloons after you leave the event site. 2. Make sure you carry extra 18” balloons filled with enough water to make a weight! This will help anchor the garland so it isn’t flying away or floating. Also I find it best to use the same color balloon as the cluster so it can camouflage right in when you tie them to the neck inside of that cluster. You don’t need many, 4-5 on each garland should be enough! 3. Don’t forget your original hi shine spray, after 79° balloons will oxidize leaving a matte dry streaky look, to fix that...
