I added lentils too (because nobody eats them haha) Threw in some letters, magnets and voila! This is actually their most favourote sensory bin to date, kept them busy for a while, and oh, have your vaccuum handy lol. I added the baking tray to display the letters we collected together! You can extend this experience to preschoolers, this would make an ideal activity to practice letter recognition.
