📸: filmtourismus - “What a waste of a lovely night.” 🎵 I went hiking in Griffith to have some nice views of the Hollywood Sign and the Griffith Observatory. And I made my way to Cathy’s Corner, the “La La Land” spot where Mia (Emma Stone) and Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) sing and dance together at sunset. 💃🕺 The location can be found along a winding corner of the old Mt Hollywood Drive (see map on the last pic) and is not accessible by car. It took me about an hour to get there from the observatory parking and I saw a lot of hummingbirds and - with some distance - a coyote along the way. I‘d recommend to go there during the day as the path is not illuminated.
