The Sunday reset 😍 I’m so invested in my Sundays now it’s the only day I have off 🤪 - a big part of the reason I’m experimenting with “sober curious” as I don’t want to spend it hungover. It’s been a long and busy week as you can tell by my, not so, designer bags under my eyes 😄👀… I love being able to really switch off on a Sunday and enjoy the quiet, it’s so important for my mental health to have this pocket of peace. 💛 A long doggie walk, time spent in the kitchen cooking (and dancing) plus a long bath (inc my once a week hair wash - don’t judge 😂) are my Sunday non negotiables. And of course not even looking at the laptop! 💻🚫 - What does a Sunday reset look to you? #sunday #sundaybest #sundayclub #sundayreset #mindfulness #mindful #mentalhealthmatters #mentalwellness #blogger #dogmum #dogmumsofinstagram #intsagood #instadaily #wellness #happy #peace #reset #mindsetreset #resetbutton #newweek #love #discoverunder10k #instamood #instablogger #blogfeed #sobercurious #so...
