Happy Independence Day! To celebrate our nation's founding, we're sharing this print by Robert Indiana from the Kent Spirit of Independence Portfolio commemorating the United States’ Bicentennial celebration in 1976. The museum is open today and tomorrow, plan a visit and stay cool this holiday weekend. — Robert Indiana, Liberty '76, 1975, Carnegie Museum of Art, Gift of Lorillard, a Division of Loews Theatres, Inc., © Morgan Art Foundation Ltd./Artists Rights Society (ARS), New York #RobertIndiana #IndependenceDay #FourthofJuly #Art #Printmaking #ContemporaryArt #Pittsburgh #carnegiemuseumofart
